drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. Dolgae:
Pursuant to our convemlion on Munday, July 14, 1997, this is to confirm our agreement Enr off
loading spoils from the dredging you'will be Performing on Sound Dr. The area izi question for off
loading is the Jead end of Pond Dr. As you know, that area is limited for room, and will require a
great deal of cam- on your part to =lain on the Town's right of way.
The Lermis of the agreement are as %jlmm, all equipment and spoils will be Contained on, tho right. of
way. All rwr off Gom t6 i4 shah alsU be contained on the right of way. The area will he cleaned
and restoTed to the original state once work is complete. And finally, if any of theee conditions are
not adhered to, all work concerning off loading will cease,
