This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible tkthe
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro -
is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
Wantes, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from

objections to the proposed work.

Attached is General Permit C-10758 to construct a bulkhead
and pier with a roof -covered boat lift at Lot #6, Piney Point
Subdivision, on Piney Creek, east of Archers Creek Court, at
Emerald Isle, Carteret County, NC.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3)
copies as indicated. Retain the white copy for your files and
return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.
Your early attention to this matter would be appreciated.
