and construct a bulkhead and boat lift on a man-made canal off
Bogue Sound and Deer Creek, at Lot #5, Club Point Subdivision, at
215 Channel View Court, Cape Carteret, in Carteret County, NC.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3)
copies as indicated. Retain the white copy for your files and
return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
