The Wilmington Office of the COE is presently issuing a notice for a NP-14 to cover the proposed crossing. A copy of the 401 Certification Concurrence Application and transmittal letter to Mr. John Dorney of the NC DEHNR Division of Water Quality Planning is also enclosed for informational purposes. It is believed that the information provided is that needed in order for your office to issue a permit for construction of the proposed pier and dock with "T head".
