We would like to request a minor refinement of the
general permit issued to 70 West Marina for bulkhead replace-
ment and maintenance dredging. The permitee wishes to
place spoils on his property to the east of the ships
store across Neuse Blvd. Material for backfill will be
excavated from this area and the spoil material will be
placed in the resulting hole, graded and seeded.
