This permit authorized the construction and/or placement of a new bulkhead and dock along the shoreline of your property located at 15 Evergreen Dr., Snug Harbor, within the waters of a man made canal which connects to the Yeopim River in Perquimans County. On September 20, 1999 a site visit was conducted at this site to determine and confirm that your project was completed in accordance with the Specific Conditions concerning bulkhead and pier structures, as referenced in Subchapters 7H .1100 and 7H .1200 of the North Carolina Administrative Code and the Coastal Area Management Act. During this inspection, it became apparent that you have not completed all the work proposed and previously authorized under the above referenced General Permit. As a courtesy, I wish to remind you that CAMA Permit =1901A expired on September 1 1999 . Since the remaining work falls within the permit jurisdictional areas defined as Estuarine Waters and/or Public Trust Area, as described in Subchapter 7H .0206 and .0207 respectively, of the North Carolina Administrative Code, a permit will be required from this Division prior to the completion of this project as originally approved in CAMA General Permit 21901 A. Than you for vour time and cooperation in regard to this matter. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (252) 264-3901. Sincerely, Dennis W.
