As per our telephone conversation of approximately three weeks
ago I am enclosing the adjacent riparian property owner statement
forms and my check for $50 to cover the permit fee. We agreed that
you would hold the forms and my check until such time as I can line
up someone to do the requested work to lots 22 & 23 Neuse Winds in
Pamlico County. I expect the Mr. Toby Hare of New Bern ( Tele #
252-638-5298 ) will be doing the work but as yet I haven't received his
cost estimate nor his expected start date. As soon as I do hear from
him I will be in touch with you and ask that you issue the permit at that
time.
