RE: Sea Isle Plantation
Major CAMA Permit #108-96
Dear Ted:
Vision Properties requests a letter of permit refinement to allow the construction of
boatlifts on the permitted boat slips in the Sea Isle Plantation marina. We have attached
for your review and comment a simple sketch of the proposed finger pier, pile locations
and information regarding the boatlift. Individual property owners would install the
boatlifts over time.
Please give me a call if you require any additional information or clarification regarding
this request.
Very Truly Yours,

NOTES/COMMENTS:
Ted- Armched is a letter fry the Homeowners Association and a plat of the locations of
the proposed boat Lifts. My understanding from our conversation yesterday is that a Genreal
Permit good for 90 days will be issued for the 20 lifts on the plar- The GP will be renewable
for up to one year if additional boat lifts are needed.
Please let me know if you need aQything else. It would be very helpful if you could issue the
permit today to allow the contractor to begin work immediately. Thank you for your
assistance.
