Highway 24 Morehead City, NC 28557 RE: Sea Isle Plantation Major CAMA Permit #108-96 Dear Ted: Vision Properties requests a letter of permit refinement to allow the construction of boatlifts on the permitted boat slips in the Sea Isle Plantation marina. We have attached for your review and comment a simple sketch of the proposed finger pier, pile locations and information regarding the boatlift. Individual property owners would install the boatlifts over time. Please give me a call if you require any additional information or clarification regarding this request. My understanding from our conversation yesterday is that a Genreal Permit good for 90 days will be issued for the 20 lifts on the plar- The GP will be renewable for up to one year if additional boat lifts are needed. Please let me know if you need aQything else. It would be very helpful if you could issue the permit today to allow the contractor to begin work immediately.
