Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

CAMA regulations require that each adjacent waterfront property owner be notified of
any planned construction. Therefore, we would like to notify you of the proposed
construction planned for Lot 13, Block 32 Archeis Point Subdivision, 7320 Sound Drive
on Bogue Sound in Emerald Isle, Carteret County owned by Mr. Richard Ganunon.
Attached is a drawing of the development proposed for this location. Mr. Gammon is
proposing to build a single family home with a pier which will extend out to the same
length of the any existing adjacent piers. The pier will have a boat lift and a jet ski lift. If
you have any questions concerning this project, please contact Carol Angus with the
Emerald Isle Inspections Department, 252-354-3338 at your earliest opportunity.
