Dear Brad, Here are the riparian forms with both neighbors sign off. It is mostly a repair job that is under 50%, but he wants to add a 10' x 12' gazebo on his existing 16' x 20' L-head and wants to add another slip (total of two) to the right side, and cut the left side slip down to a smaller size and remove a 3' x 32' catwalk. Since you are on leave I wanted to drop this off to your office. We are ready to start the leveling and repairs, and will hold off on anZhing new until we hear from you. The right side neighbor Joe Smith signed a waiver for the new right hand slip as it will be in the setback near the property line. Thank you for your time and help.
