This permit is subject to compliance with this plic4tion, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be- come null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro- ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no objections to the proposed work. THEY ARE NOTED AS COMPARTMENT A AND B ON THE ATTACHED MAP. THE CAPACITY OF THESE TWO COMPARTMENTS IS ABOUT 13.400 C.Y. WHICH WILL OF COURSE ALLOW MORE THAN THE 2,000 C.Y. NEEDED TO DREDGE THE 1 , 000 ,,C .Yj_.-Twee WE HAVE REPAIRED TdcBREAKS IN THESE COMPARTMENTS TO ENSURE THAT THE SPOIL IS CONTAINED. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH A TRACK HOE. DREDGE DISCHARGE THE DREDGE DISCHARGE SHALL GO INTO THE COMPARTMENT AS NOTED ON THE MAP. TO BE MORE PRECISE IN THE TOP PORTION OF COMPARTMENT B AND THE LOWER PORTION OF COMPARTMENT A. AT ALL TIMES THE DISCHARGE WILL BE AT LEAST 50' FROM THE WEIR. WATER CONTROL STRUCTURE THIS STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN THE LOWER PORTION OF COMPARTMENT B. WE HAVE EXCAVATED AROUND THE STRUCTURE AND REMOVED ALL THE BEN BOARDS. THE BOARDS WERE REPLACED WITH TREATED TONGUE AND GROVE. THE WATER CONTROL STRUCTURE HAS A METAL FACE AROUND THE PIPE WHICH RUNS UNDER THE DIKE / UNDER THE ROAD AND DISCHARGES INTO THE MARINA BASIN. THE METAL FRAME HOLDING THE BOARDS HAS BEEN REENFORCED. THE PIPE IS METAL FROM THE WEIR TO THE ROAD. THIS HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND SHOWS NO HOLES. HOWEVER TO BE SAFE WE HAVE ARE GOING TO REENFORCE THE BOTTOM OF THE PIPE WITH CONCRETE. THE BALANCE OF THE PIPE RUNNING FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD TO THE BASIN IS CONCRETE AND IS IN GOOD SHAPE. P.O.
