This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

This letter is the approval of your request to include a 6' x 70' (from NWL) pier with a 6' x 40'
"T" head at the waterward end. A 6' x 60' boardwalk over coastal wetlands is also approved.
The total pier length into Raccoon Creek shall not exceed 70'. This letter authorizes the above
work under CAMA General Permit #12008 which was issued 8\31\93. This General Permit for
a pier does not authorize any slips or permanent dockage and is intended primarily for short
term dockage for loading and unloading supplies and passengers. I have enclosed the 7H.1200
pier conditions which apply to this permit. If you have any questions please feel free to contact
