If you will call me a day in advance, we will stack off the area to be bulkheaded. Otherwise, we feel the stacks will not be there when you have an opportunity to drop by. We will be conducting a pre -construction meeting on August 9, 1993. If at all possible, Mr. Mueller would like to start work as soon as possible. This form allows the adjacent riparian landowner to express either: (1) That he objects to the project: or, (2) That he does not object and desires to waive his right to the 30-day period so that the processing of the application can progress more rapidly. Of Course, the adjacent riparian landowner need not sign this form at all if he so chooses. I, John Eagan, of John Eagan and associates am an adjacent riparian property owner and have seen a copy of the project description submitted by the City of Jacksonville, wherein said applicant requests a general permit to excavate, fill, or otherwise alter the land and water adjacent to my property.
