There already exists a public launch ramp with docking facilities in the immediate area. As a property owner, I believed the subdivisions bordering the creek would limit dockage to lot owners for their personal boats. I'm concerned, as a greater number of public facilities are created in that very small creek, it will have a negative impact on property values. I therefore will not sign the attached. I am puzzled at this time to receive such a proposal since I have my property for sale; my property has been on the market for over three years, and I am hoping to be able to sell it soon. I am concerned that this maneuver might affect my ability to sell the property. I object to this proposed dock for the reason that this dock would detract from my property and its value. As a property owner, I believed the covenants for Dolphin Point subdivision, limited dock construction and usage to the individual lot owners that border the creek, for their privately owned vessels.
