Type of Project Activity
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, _ applicant's signature
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to ttK
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro -
is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that
this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.

1. Propose to replace existing bulkhead with new bulkhead
extending an average of no more than 2 ft. waterward of
existing bulkhead.
2. Propose to replace existing groins with new groins
extending no more than 25 ft. waterward of the MHW line
and with a height of no more than 1 foot above the MHW
level.
3. Propose to form existing boat ramp with bulkhead
material and pour concrete on top of old ramp. Ramp
dimensions are 48' x 12' with no more than 16' of ramp
extending beyond the MHW line.
