This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

My name is Peter Twombly and I am writing to you because we own property
on Cedar Island that adjoins yours.
CAMA requires that we notify the adjoining owners, prior to any permits
being issued.
We plan to place a bulkhead with deck on the s-hore, a mobile home with
porches, driveway with garage and a shed. You will find a copy of the survey
with the proposed buildings drawn on it enclosed.
If you have no objection's to these plan's, please sign the bottom of this page
and return in pre -addressed envelope as soon as possible. I have included
three (3) copies of this letter, please sign two (2) copies, one for CAMA
and one for building permit, third copy is for your records.
