Re: General Permit Request of Robert A. Slade for Reconstruction of an
Existing Bulkhead
Dear Mr. Tyndall:
I own the house and lot across an existing drainage area from the Bay River
Shores Subdivision and am an adjoining property owner to the lots owned
by Robert Slade of Wake Forest, North Carolina. I am aware that he is
applying for a general CANLA permit to reconstruct the existing bulkhead
fronting his house and property on Lot 16 and a community cemetary on
Lot 17 in the subdivision.
This property has been protected by a bulkhead for about 20 years, and I
have no opposition to his reconstructing it.

Shores Subdivision, and we are the adjoining property owners to the lots
