This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

To follow up with our conversation on Monday, I am writing in anticipation that you will
be in agreement with our plans for expansion of our pier. Attached is a copy of the
existing wrvey with a sketch of what we would like to do, Basically, we intend to leave
the pier and "T' as it is and continue at the same height the 4 foot width for 250 more feet
with another "T' at the end which will eventually have seats, a sink, a lift for a 24 &at
bmt�l 1/2 tans) and a atmp to a floating dock(approxinmtely 12' X 6"). We wltl
railing on om side and automatic lighting on troth sides, The reran we need to go so fat
is because it takes that length to reach T of water at low tide. We do not intend to cross
over any navigable water or marsh grass_ We have a contractor ready to begin
oonsbut:kian who thinks he can finish in two weeks. We would love to be through with the
work by .holy 4th.
