Any person who proceeds with a development without the con-
sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the
development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there
is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the
development.
The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that (1) the ap-
plicant has read and will abide by the conditions of this exemp-
tion, and (2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent
landowners certifying that they have no objections to the
proposed work.

Dear Mr. Parker:
Attached is a Certification of Exemption authorizing the construction of a 75' pier with
a 10' X 20' "T" shaped platform and the installation of one mooring piling on Ganny Gut,
adjacent your property located off SR 1307, in Dawson Bluff near Arapahoe, in Pamlico
County.
In order to validate this exemption, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain
the yellow copy for your files and return the green and blue signed copies to us in the enclosed,
