Dear Mr. Jones:
CAMA General Permit No. 016146 was issued to the North
Carolina State Ports Authority, Morehead City Terminal, on
5-9-96. This general permit allows for the installation of a
barge fendering system along Berth #9. Due to logistical delays,
the project will not be completed by the Permit expiration date
of 8-9-96. The NCSPA requests an extension or re -issuance of this
General Permit for the same project. All previously submitted
plans remain applicable.
Enclosed is the $50.00 permit fee. If any additional
