As you may know, the CAMA controls 75' inward from the mean high water line. In our permit we are asking permission to remove trees for waterview, construct a bulkhead, and build a pier. I am attaching a sketch of the proposed work. If you have any questions please call me or Mr. Charles Pigott of Coastal Management in Morehead City.(919) 726-7021. I need you to sign saying you have no objection to the proposed work. I have drawn up a statement to that affect and attached it to this letter.
