This permit is subject to compliance with this -application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

in River Bluffs do hereby give Coldwell Banker Willis -Smith Co. my
permission to apply for a CAMA improvements permit in the name of
Zovik Jreisat for said lot.
Coldwell Banker Willis -Smith Co. has negotiated a contract
between myself and Ms. Jreisat that is set to close on or before November
20, 1995. Ms. Jreisat wants the permit issued prior to closing to insure
her ability to construct a bulkhead and a pier.

Our company is in the process of applying for a CAMA permit for
the owner of Lot 6 Stillwood Court in River Bluffs. The permit requires
notification of adjacent property owners of the intent to develope the
property. You are the current owner of record for Lot 5.
As you may know, the CAMA controls 75' inward from the mean
high water line. In our permit we are asking permission to remove trees
for waterview, construct a bulkhead, and build a pier.
I am attaching a sketch of the proposed work. If you have any
questions please call me or Mr. Charles Pigott of Coastal Management
in Morehead City.(919) 726-7021.
I need you to sign saying you have no objection to the proposed
work. I have drawn up a statement to that affect and attached it to this letter.
Please review the statement and if you have no objections please sign in
the provided space.
