Goose Creek Landing Subdivision at the Homeowners Association Park, off Hwy. 24 & SR1119
(Red Barn Road, Carteret County.

white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.

Following the conversation I had with you on 4/21/96 I
took a measurement from the seawall landmark to Goose Creek
Landing's downstream property line. I have added this
measurement to a copy of the map I previously sent you. I
have included this drawing with this letter as you
requested.
I have also included a check in the amount of $50.00 so
you may issue me the permit. Please send the permit to me at
my home address, 701 Berkshire Drive, Garner, N.C. 27529.

Subject: Permitting a mooring bouy.
Dear Mr. Mercer,
I am submitting this letter, drawings, and letter of permission from Goose Creek
Landing Homeowners Association as required for the permitting of a mooring bouy to be
located off the Goose Creek Landing community waterfront. This is located on the east side of
Goose Creek on the mainland side of Bogue Sound. The drawings are not to scale, but the fixed
land marks and measurements are accurate. The project drawing has been signed and dated by
me.
A letter has been written to Herb Amick, Management Agent for Goose Creek Landing
Home Owners Association, with the project drawings enclosed. The letter includes an
explanation of Mooring Facilities section .2002 part 2 part B.
