This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the, project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Front Street, off Taylors Creek, in Beaufort, Carteret County, NC.

white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.

We, Jack & Jackie Adams, Residing at 1107 Front St. Beaufort, NC,
adjacent to 1105 Front St. have no objection to the constriction of
an addition to the bcat dock and lift at 1105 Front St. provided
it meets all of the existing CAI-i.A regulations, and the building
restrictions of the Town of Beaufort, Carteret County, and
the State of North Carolina.
We DO NOT WAIVE our rights to required setbacks or other
regulations now in effect.
This agreement is provided with the understanding that the addition
of the dock at 1105 Front St. will not extend into Taylor's Creek
farther than the adjacent dock at 1107 Front St. and that it meets
all CAMA Regulations without any waiver of rights by us.
