Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be- come null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro- ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no objections to the proposed work. By providing a barrier on each side of the existing ramp it is our intention to improve access to the waters edge and contribute to making the ramp more functional for its users. As an easement holder your concurrence with this project is requested. A State issued Permit will be obtained upon receipt of a signed copy of this letter. Attached are two sketches which define the groin installation. If you have any questions concerning the proposed work, please contact Bob Johns (504- 2233) or Lloyd Staton (444-5596).
