drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. Flynn:
Attached is General Permit #14781-C authorizing the construction of a 210' pier with a
5' X 32' "U platform as well as the installation of six mooring pilings on your property off SR
1224, near Mesic adjacent Gales Creek/AIWW in Pamlico County. This permit essentially
authorizes the same development as GP# 13818-C and GP# 14781-C, but eliminates the
previously authorized boatlift. It also adds the three additional mooring pilings you requested,
for a total of six mooring pilings.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the
white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.
I look forward to receiving/reviewing the Major CAMA Application for the rock rip rap
and boatramp along your shoreline. Once that application has been accepted as complete, the
review process can begin including the other State and Federal agencies' review.
