The owners to the east are Ocean Reef Condominiums, President, Robert Green; and to the west is the Emerald Isle Pier, owner, Ken Heverly. Please arrange to come to Emerald Isle, this week, as we had discussed. Mr. L.B. Page can do the bulldozing late this week, or over the weekend.
