The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that (1) the ap- plicant has read and will abide by the conditions of this exemp- tion, and (2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent landowners certifying that they have no objections to the proposed work. I understand that Mr. Erickson wishes to add two tie -off poles to his existing dock. These poles will be placed approximately 8 ft. from the existing dock in a direction toward the North roughly parallel to the shoreline. In this position a minimum distance of 15 ft from my area of riparian access will be maintained.
