Attached is General Permit (GP) #016384-C authorizing the construction of a 4' X 8'
platform with 4 associated mooring pilings adjacent your pier off Quail Road, in Ball Creek
Subdivision, adjacent Ball Creek, near Florence, in Pamlico County.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the
white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.
I appreciate your concern and efforts in complying with the permit requirements of the

We the undersigned, Jack and Madeline Boswell, owners of Lot 5 have
been advised that Alan and Patty Anne Dietrich, owners of Lot 4
(612 Quail Road) plan to modify their (existing) pier by adding
a dingy -dock (steps) and four additional pilings (2 for dingy -
dock) to the south side of their pier system.
CAMA presumes you have no objections to our request if they (CAMA)
do not hear from you in writing within ten days of receipt of this
request to you.
