Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Wes.Hair pontacted me on Marcb 3,,2009 concerning the installation of boatlifts for Bill
`slips '25 and 26 at the Bogue Inlet Boatominium, Cedar Point, NC. Bodenhamer in
Enclosed please hind a'letter addressed "to whom it:may concern,*' which will hopefully
allow you to. obtain LAMA permits for the installation of boatlifts in slips 25 and 26, Bogue Inlet
Boatominium,
I would ask that you carefully read the Boatlift Installation Specification for Bogue Inlet
Boatominium and follow the procedures set Forth therein prior to beginning any work on this
project.
As you can see, we need a set of plans and specifications showing all proposed additions,
construction, modifications and alterations to be performed in or around the slip; the expected
installation date; a copy of the LAMA permit and boatlift specifications, which must include the
manufacturer's name, wcight bearing capacity, and color of bunk material.
The lift must be Tide Tamer Waterfront Products or equivalent.
Approval by; ,the 13oard..of Directors .is required before you: start work.
