Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Please provide a high level diagram of the proposed changes to your
mobile home on the following page. If engineered diagrams are available,
please attach.
Please provide your name and address and that of your neighbors in the
appropriate mobile home outlines.
Insert locations of streets, water mains, and septic tanks and drain fields
with measurements to new structure, if applicable.
Draw outline of all porches, decks, stairs and storage sheds of yours and
your neighbors that are in the vicinity of the proposed structure.
Provide measurements between proposed structure and any neighboring
structures (porches, storage buildings, decks, Etc).
Have your neighbors initial the diagram.
Submit this entire form to an Architectural Control member for approval
and signature.

Guidelines Required by Watersedge Corporation Ocr2 7 2003
❑ All mobile homes are required to be 10 feet from the street, unless the
board allows a variance.
❑ All structures (decks, utility buildings, additions to mobile home, etc) must
be 10 feet from the street.
❑ All mobile homes and any other structures must be 10 feet from each other
in accordance to the city fire codes.
❑ All structures must be 5 feet from the water mains (2 & 3 inch lines)
❑ All structures must be 5 feet from septic tanks and 2 feet from the drain
field.
❑ Mobile home owners must get permission from an Architectural Control
Committee Member prior to beginning construction of any structure.
❑ Building plans must include a sketch or drawing of the new structure, a list
all materials and supplies required and a signed permission statement from
neighbors on both sides. Said plans must be signed by an Architectural
Committee Member prior to submission to City Hall for application of a
building permit.
