The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . DESCRIPTION A.N­D/OR DRAWLNG OF PROPOSED DEVELOMEtiT: (To be filled h7 by indiv&ual proposina development) The proposed development consists of a secondary bulkhead located approximately 12' +/- to the landward side of an existing bulkhead. The proposed secondary bulkhead will run parallel to the existing bulkhead and continue from the NW property line of James W. Waller to the SF property lime of the Waller property. The proposed secondary bulkhead will continue across the property of Steve and Dee Dee Foy. The existing bulkhead that fronts the Foy property is located 6' +/- further towards the Neuse ][liver than the existing bulkhead fronting the Waller property. Because of the additional 6' +/- the proposed secondary bulkhead will be 18' +/- from the existing bulkhead across the Foy property. The secondary bulkhead will be approximately 5' higher than the filled area to the landward side of the existing bulkheads.
