The proposed project involves installation of marl riprap along the shoreline (see Attachment) to stop the ongoing erosion of the shoreline fronting the Bay River. The riprap will be installed following CAMA guidelines and standards. The project had already been approved and permitted, but the permit expired before the work was completed; thus, we are required to apply for a new permit. The project will enhance the value of the lot and our subdivision by preserving the integrity of the shoreline and adjacent wetlands.
