As you noted, in so doing I am not moving at all towards my lot 28 neighbor and thus, without even checking maps and surveys, I need not worry about waivers and/or distance to property lines. Also, per our discussion, I will remove one of the pilings on the northern side of the pier, thus eliminating an existing boat slip which will be "replaced" by the addition of the boat lift. In addition to repairing my dock from hurricane Isabel's visit, Turner Marine Construction will be installing a boat lift and walkway around it. While the sketch is not to scale, it does show the work to be done and should coincide with the sketches you made when you we out here. All of my dock is, and certainly will be, much more than 15' off all neighboring property lines and significantly less than 1/4 of the way into Clubfoot Creek. I have attached a check for $100 to cover the permit and also the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statements from each of my neighbors; Parsons own lot 30 to the south and Goddard owns lot 28 to the north Thank you for your assistance.
