I have tried to estimate the current 2003 value that the boat lift, dock pier and bulkhead would add to your property, It is my opinion that based on current sales of homes in the area, that the.abpve items would have a value between $20,000 to $25,000 as of August 2003, prior to the damage caused by Hurricane Isbella.
