When you called me a while back about Marion Noe I mentioned to you had problems with this guy Joey Eubanks about wetlands and the height of his dock etc. They can brief you about the issues at hand but the big issue for me is the guy is like Marion he balks at having to comply with the rules and is now trying to me look stupid for following permits and procedures. In fact, he has mutual friends with Marion and he is trying to make me look stupid for following permit rules when in fact he filled in wetlands to begin with. I hope you prevailed with Marion to comply, but if not send these guys a message. The issue for me is the wetlands were filled in and Brad took a core sample to verify that. Eubanks filled in to make more yard out to the oak tree near the dock. He wants to say now that was kosher (because he got away with it), and that I made him install more dock than he needed. We tore out 9' of elevated dock and 8' of ramp after Brad told him he could put a set of small steps in. It is still wetlands, and back towards the house is still filled in wetlands. He thinks I am an ass for following the permit and making a big deal over wetlands.
