The original plan was to put his catwalk underneath the boat house as usual... however the used boat lift that he has purchased will not allow for the catwalk to be underneath the roof ... so now we will be building 123 sgft. catwalk outside of the 392 sgft. boat house. His platform is a total of 192 sgft. This makes a total of 707 sq. ft. Jason has re -done a drawing that I have attached for you to review. Let me know what we need to do ...
