The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . This would be lot 5 in p W Landing. CAMA requires that I contact the adjacent property owners (�% w city E)CM them sign. Currently my lift is on the inside, but with the tide and wind 7 �+e11! it can become very difficult to maneuver the boat. Earl Weeks is currently in the area and can drive the poles once permission has been received.
