One of our homeowners has requested that he be able to have a boat lift installed on slip D. That is the slip assigned to Cottage 5, owned by Mr, Greg Chappel. As the representative of the Homeowners Association and the developer, Shareheart Development, we authorize the installation of the boat lift. The boat lift must be installed by a professional and licensed marine contractor. The installation must e complete in nature, including all electrical connections. The electrical construction must be completed and must meet local codes.
