violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .

Brad,
Hope all is well and summer is going great. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner as I have had some
setbacks at home that have not allowed me to visit my home in NC as I would have like to, to wrap things up
with my next door neighbors, the Coopers, who built bulkhead across my property without survey or
permission.
I am requesting your help to rectify this issue by having the Coopers remove the bulkhead they built on our
property and restore landscape back to way it was.
Dennis Fornes had sent you land survey for the property, and he concluded riparian survey a few months ago.
Let me know what I need to do to proceed with you, including any further information you might need.
