I apologize for not getting back to you sooner as I have had some setbacks at home that have not allowed me to visit my home in NC as I would have like to, to wrap things up with my next door neighbors, the Coopers, who built bulkhead across my property without survey or permission. I am requesting your help to rectify this issue by having the Coopers remove the bulkhead they built on our property and restore landscape back to way it was.
