permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the
local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement from the adjacent riparian property owner(s)

Was the seawall not added onto the same permit when you did this? I submitted for the building permit
and realized its not on with the dredge permit. Is there another written for the seawall?

here you go. square footage area is 10,176. Average excavation is 3.75 feet(6+1.5/2)so 10,176 x 3.75 =
38,160/27 = 1,413.33 cubic yards
It is pretty much split evenly on both properties so a touch over 700 on each property

Hey, hope you are doing well! I am wanting to get the seawall and dredging
general permits now so then I can go ahead and get the Major Permit
process started again. I have attached everything I sent to the neighbor in
hopes of using these certified mail receipts for both the general permits
and the major permit. I sent them a letter and drawing and the ARPO form
stating the seawall and dredging and proposed docking facility. Please let
me know if you need anything else!
