7/19/24(PA-1479), inel attached workplan drawings 02), labeled Sheets 1-12 of 12 dated 6/14/24.
This permit, issued on September 4,2024 , is subject to compliance with the application(where consistent
with the permit),all applicable regulations,special conditions and notes set forth below.Any violation of these terms may
be subject to civil or criminal penalties;or may cause the permit to be null and void.
I) Unless specifically altered herein,this Minor Modification authorizes the addition of channel funnels
at the intersection of Walter Slough and the Crack and at the western terminus of Walter Slough, all
as expressly and specifically set forth in the attached letter and workplan drawings. Any additional
development activities may require a modification of this permit. [07H .0207(d); 07H .0208(a)(1)J
2) No excavation shall take place outside of the area indicated on the workplan drawings. [07H
.0208(b)(1)]

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DECK and the Chair
qualified persons within twenty(20)days of the issuing date. of the Coastal Resources Commission.
This permit must be accessible on-site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered for Tancred Miller,Director
hereunder requires further Division approval. Division of Coastal Management

NOTE: This Minor Modification shall be attached to the original Permit No. 126-23, which was issued
amended to the permittee on 12/l/23,as well as all subsequent modifications, refinements,and
renewals,and copies of all documents must be readily available on site when Division personnel
inspect the project for compliance.
NOTE: This permit does not eliminate the need to obtain any additional state, federal or local permits,
approvals or authorizations that may be required, including but not limited to, any authorizations
from the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers.
NOTE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has previously assigned the project Action ID SAW-2023-
01591.
NOTE: The Division of Water Resources assigned the proposed project DWR Project No. 2019-0264 v9.
NOTE: A minor modification application processing fee of$100 was received by DCM for this project.
