I reviewed the location of the bulkhead at 1904 Emerald Isle and the proposed location for 1906 Emerald Isle and found that they are both behind/along the Section 404 jurisdictional line and therefore do not require a Department of the Army permit from our office. Emily is supportive of this line, and asked for a quick writeup and drawing to document the 1904-1906 placement for everyone's records. Please see the attached file (pretty much to scale), and let me know if anyone needs additional detail/info.
