Robert Manning, our newest field rep, and I made a site visit to the Gurganus property yesterday. We are missing the following information: • Signed agent authorization form completed by Virginia Gurganus, • You noted that you were proposing to remove and replace existing pier. Are you going to install in the existing location, or to the right as shown in the drawing? • Based on our measurements of the existing pier/walkway, it appears that of the 100 total feet on your drawing would consist of: o ±42' of walkway elevated a minimum of 3' above the coastal wetlands, 0 46' of pier over the Bay, and 0 12'x12' platform at the end of the pier. I ■ Please confirm. • We will also need a check made out to NCDEQ for the $400 permit fee. Please let me know if you have any questions. Yvonne B.
