I hope you had a nice Labor Day. I wanted to check on the progress of the permit for 219 Creek View
Circle. I submitted the drawings and necessary riparian signatures, in person, on July 27, 2024. The
person that accepted my paperwork said that we should expect about 30 days.
Could you please tell me how far along in the process we are? Also, if a sight visit is necessary, can
we schedule a time for me to be there since I work full time?

WAIVER SECTION
I understand that any proposed pier, dock.. mooring pilings, boat ramp, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or
groin must be set back a minimum distance of 15'from my area of riparian access unless waived by me
(this does not apply to bulkheads or riprap revetments). (If you wish to waive the setback, you must sign
