I issued it as close as I could based on our conversation and the poor steaking left by the contractor. Anyway, the contractor went way farther back on the high ground of the property and tore up this property owners yard. I have drawn in red what we are hoping can be done to remedy what has happened to his property as a result of the contractor. I wanted to make sure you were ok this this alignment for the bulkhead before modifying his permit so he can hire another contractor to fix the issued caused by the first contractor.
