Oak Island Drive, Oak Island, NC 28465 Authorizing development in Brunswick County at the Atlantic Ocean and ocean beach, within the limits of the Town of Oak Island , as requested in the permittee's application dated letter dated received by DCM MP WIRO on 1/9/23. This permit, issued on June 2,2023 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action;or may cause the permit to be null and void. 1 ) This Renewal shall be attached to the original of Permit No. 140-10, which was issued on 12/3/10, as well as all subsegUent modifications and renewals, and copies of all documents shall be readily available on site when a Division representative inspects the project for compliance. NOTE: The permittee is advised that additional authorization through permit modification is required prior to the initiation of each event. 2) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this renewal unless specifically altered herein. (See attached sheet for Additional Conditions) This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DEQ and the other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission. date. Division of Coastal Management, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission. NOTE: This modification and renewal does not eliminate the need to obtain any additional state, federal or local permits, approvals or authorizations that may be required. NOTE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers assigned this project Action Id No. SAW-2010-00028. NOTE: The N.C. Division of Water Resources assigned this project DWR Project No. 2010-0712. NOTE: A permit renewal application processing fee of$100 was received by DCM for this project. This permit, issued on April 28,2023 , is subject to compliance with the application(where consistent with the permit),all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. 1) This renewal shall be attached to Permit No. 97-99, which was issued to the permittee on 10/8/99, as well as all subsequent renewals, refinements, and modifications and copies of all documents shall be readily available on site when a Division representative inspects the project for compliance. 2) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this renewal. NOTE: The N.C. Division of Water Resources has assigned the proposed project DWR Project No. 99-0157. NOTE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has assigned the proposed project SAW Action Id. No. 1999-10687. NOTE: A permit renewal application processing fee of$100 was received by DCM for this project.
