I pulled the subdivision Plat and confirmed that the Pirates Cove HOA owns the shoreline
(attached).
Audy Issued the HOA a bulkhead GP in February of this year adjacent to 14 & 15 Yacht Club Ct
for 135' just down the shoreline. Since this is the same shoreline, the HOA is limited to 500'
within a calendar year under a GP. Looks you are proposing an additional —190', so we are
good on that front. The Hanes notification is good, but the other adjacent riparian owner is 33
Hammock Dr (Harold Goodman). Once you get that notification and an agent authorization
form from the HOA, I can issue a permit.

Yeah it just gets stupid in there. If we use that logic then every bulkhead in there is not permitted correctly with the
stupid canal ownership. Now granted the lines are farther off in this spot but its still the same same. How about we get a
blanket letter from Sharon covering canal bulkheads???
