[07H .0209(d)(2)] All development shall comply with the following mandatory standards of the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973: [07H .0209(d)(3)] Any proposed for grading within the 30' buffer from the normal high water mark must be contoured to prevent additional stornwater runoff to the adjacent Estuarine and Public Trust Waters. This area shall be immediately vegetatively stabilized and must remain in a vegetated state. [07H .0209(d)(3)] All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth must be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, until such time as the area has been properly stabilized with a vegetative cover. [07H .0209(d)(3)] All development shall provide for a buffer zone along the margin of the Estuarine Water which is sufficient to confine visible siltation within 25 percent of the buffer zone nearest the land disturbing development. 107H .0209(d)(3)(A)l All graded and filled slopes shall be of a sufficient angle to retain a vegetative cover or other erosion control device or structure.
