3. REMOVE ALL ROCKS, ROOTS AND OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS LEAVING SURFACES

4. APPLY AGRICULTURAL LIME AND FERTILIZER UNIFORMIY AND MIX WITH SOIL
LIME: 45 LBS. PER 1000 S.F.

5. CONTINUE TILLAGE UNTIL A WELL PULVERIZED, FIRM, UNIFORM SEED BED
