This permit, issued on September 9,2024 is subject to compliance with the application(where
consistent with the pennit),all applicable regulations,special conditions and notes set forth below.Any violation of these
terms inay be subject to fines,imprisonment or civil action;or niav cause the pertnit to be null and void.
Wave Attenuator Devices
I Unless specifically altered herein,this Minor Modification authorizes the placement of low-profile
rip rap around terminal ends of wave attenuation devices,all as expressly and specifically set forth in
the attached letter and workplan drawings. Any additional development activities may require a

This permit must be accessible on-site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
General
12) The permittee and/or his or her contractor shall meet with a representative of the Division prior to
project initiation. [07.1 .0209(a)]
1) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force unless specifically altered herein.

NOTE: A CAIMA/Dredge and Fill Permit is a detennination that the proposed development meets the
CAMA!Dredge and Fill laws and CRC's rules for coastal development. It is not a determination
of private property ownership or an authorization to trespass onto property owned by someone
other than the Perm ittee.
NOTE: This Minor Modification shall he attached to the original Pen-nit No.66-23, which was issued to
the permittee on 6/19,,,23, as well as all subsequent modifications, refinements,and renewals,and
copies of all documents must be readily available on site when Division personnel inspect the
project for compliance.
NOTE: This permit does not eliminate the need to obtain any additional state, federal or local permits,
approvals or authorizations that may be required.
NOTE: 1-he N.C. Division of Water Resources authorized the proposed project by way of Individual Water
Quality Certification No. 005677 and assigned the project DWR Project No. 2022-1509.
NOTE: Future development of the pennittee's property may require a modification of this permit. Contact a
representative of the Division at(252) 5 15-5400 prior to the commencement of any,SLICh activity for
this determination. The permittee is further advised that many non-water dependent activities are not
authorized within 30 feet of the mean high-water level.
NOTE: A minor modification application processing fee of 100 was received by I)CM for this project.
